COST AND REGISTRATION

(a) Tuition Fee:   One Week - $1,849; Two Weeks - $3,599

Tuition includes all instruction, accommodations, supervision and recreational activities, and three meals per day with snacks provided. Additional fees below also apply.

Additional Fees

(b) Materials, Events and Activities fee - A materials and events fee of $125 for one-week campers or $225 for two-week campers will be applied.  Materials include a binder, t-shirt, back pack, water bottle and all necessary elective supplies. Snacks and special meals are also provided during the session.

(c) Registration fee - All applicants incur a non-refundable $75 registration fee payable with their tuition.  ($50 coupon for Westfield students!)

(d) Weekend and Excursion Fee: For two-weekers $195.

(e) International Fee: An international fee of $150 will be added for each student arriving from outside North America. 

Discounts

(a) Early Bird Discount - $100 if registering prior to April 20th.

(b) Sibling Discount - $50 per week discount for each sibling after the first camper.

Terms

(a) Cost is calculated on a per week basis. There is no prorating. Each week must be paid in full, regardless of the number of days the child attends for that week.

(b) Tuition may be paid in two installments of 50% each of the tuition fee.  The first installment will include the materials, events, activities, registration, and if applicable, the weekend and excursion fee.  Accordingly, all discounts will be applied to the first installment. The 2nd installment will be due by June 14th, 2019. A $15 processing surcharge per installment is included.

(c) Financial Aid: Last year, almost 17% of our campers attended on full scholarship; about 25% received some financial aid.  Some assistance is available on an as needed, first come, first served basis. To apply, please fill in our Financial Aid Application. Instructions for processing are included on the Financial Aid Application.

(d) Refunds and cancellations:  Cost decisions are based on enrollment numbers, therefore, our policy limits us to a 50% refund of the full registration cost for cancellations made prior to April 14th, 2019. Thank you for your understanding.

**Westfield has extremely happy campers and they are our best advertisement!  As a past camper, you can receive $25 for bringing a paid camper who is new to Westfield Academy and has never previously attended Westfield Academy camp or classes. There is no limit to the number of new friends you can bring so help pay for your camp fee by introducing others to the fun! This will be paid out as cash at the end of the camp week.
